Sunday Jan 4th - Replacement New Year Paddle.

I am proposing an alternative trip for this Sunday to replace the cancelled trip on the North Cornwall Coast on Saturday. The wind and swell forecast look favourable and should allow us to get out on the sea. With low tide close to midday the estuaries are a bit challenging. My initial thought is to meet at Brixham because this gives us the option of a circumnavigation of the bay round to the London Bridge arch or exploration round Berry Head. We can decide on the day. This trip is aiming at giving us all some gentle new year exercise to maintain paddle fitness whilst hopefully spotting the winter wildlife when few others are on the water. For anyone needing club boats please pre-agree your lift shares in the thread below and meet at the club at 8.30. Please aim to be at Oxon Cove car park (Brixham) no later than 9.45 with the aim of being on the water by 10.15.
