Sea Kayak trip Sat 15th Aug - Cancelled
This is a friends trip unless a club leader signs up, so outside of the club's indemnity insurance and you should feel comfortable paddling on the sea to join. The plan is to paddle from North Sands Beach in Salcombe towards Prawle Point and back with help from a spring tide. There'll be some rock hopping en route and opportunities for rescue practice. The wind is currently forecast to be F3, gusting F4 with some protection from the cliffs on the way out and it turning to assist us on the way home. The swell is forecast to be up to 0.5 m at 5 s. I'll update plans if the forecast changes.
Meet at North Sands car park at 09:45.
