Good Friday - Sea kayak paddle - East Devon - Sidmouth to Seaton

Good Friday friends sea kayak paddle. Sidmouth to Seaton one way with shuttle.

This will be suitable for 3 star standard only and will be at a medium pace. The total distance will be approx. 15 km.

The wind is currently forecast as a F4 westerly so we will have the wind behind us. The tide will be with us part of the way, but will turn against us towards the end, but will not be strong. Lunch at Branscombe beach. We could call in to Beer Harbour. Tide will assist us into Seaton harbour.

Meet at the Club at 09.15 hours on Friday morning or at 10.00hrs at Sidmouth in the car park adjoining Manor Road, Sidmouth.

    Meet at Club at 09.15 or 10.00 (although that may be a little optimistic so as close to 10 as possible) at Sidmouth in the carpark next to Manor Road at the southern end of the sea front. I hope that we will be able to unload boats at the southern end of the seafront itself, and do not have to trolley boats from the carpark. However, I am going to put my trolley in, just in case. We will then set up the shuttle.
